Promo Codes
How do Promotional Codes work?
Promotional Codes are usually sent by email or through another channel, following a campaign. They cannot be combined with other promotions and/or campaigns in effect. Promotional Codes are valid for one use only and are applied at the time of Checkout.
How many promotional codes can I use per purchase?
The use of Promotional Codes may vary from campaign to campaign.
Whenever a Promotional Code is assigned to you, a link will be provided for you to consult its terms of use.
Can I buy the Gift Card together with my order?
No, the Gift Card can only be purchased separately.
Point of Sale
I saw an item in a store. Can I buy it online?
Yes! We currently have two physical stores in Vila Praia de Âncora and Viana do Castelo, Meadela, with over 30 national and international brands.
As long as the item is published on the website, you can proceed with the purchase after viewing the product in the physical store.
Are the items on the website also available in stores?
All items on the website are in stock in our physical stores.
How can I find a point of sale?
Vértice Fashion Store is located in the district of Viana do Castelo. The stores are located in Vila Praia de Âncora, municipality of Caminha, and Meadela, Viana do Castelo.

What are the payment methods?
At Vértice Fashion Store, we are always focused on providing our customers with the best shopping experience, which is why we offer several payment methods.
When completing your order, you can choose from:

Is it safe to buy from the website?
Our current payment methods are completely secure. If you have any questions, you can contact us via social media or email.
In what currency can I make the payment?
All our prices are in euros (€), so all payments will necessarily have to be processed in this currency.
Orders
How can I buy on the website?
Shopping on the website is quite simple:
- Add all the items you wish to purchase to your Cart;
- If you liked an item but don't want to buy it right away, you can add it to your wishlist;
- Once your cart is complete with all the chosen products, you should select Continue;
- Submit all shipping and billing details;
- You should choose the payment method and select Pay;
- Your purchase is now complete.
Do I need to register or create an account on the website to make a purchase?
At Vértice Fashion Store, you don't need to create an account to make a purchase, but if you do, you'll have access to promotions that you wouldn't otherwise be able to enjoy.
The item I want is out of stock. Can I receive a notification as soon as it's back in stock?
Yes, you can be notified. On the product page, click the button with the envelope symbol, enter your email, and you will receive a notification if the item becomes available again.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
- Mainland Portugal and Spain: Free shipping on orders over €80.00. Shipping costs of €4.50 on orders under €80.00.
- Portuguese Islands: Free shipping on orders over €100.00. Shipping costs of €9.50 on orders under €100.00.
- European Union (excluding Greece and Ireland): Free shipping on orders over €150.00. Shipping costs of €15.00 on orders under €150.00.
- Canada, Greece, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ireland, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom or USA will have an additional cost of €15.
- Corsica (France) and DOM-TOM islands will have an additional cost of €20.
- Australia will have an additional cost of €35 for 1 pair and €50 for 2 or more pairs.
On the Checkout page, you can see exactly how much shipping you will have to pay before making the payment.
Please note that for non-EU countries there may be additional customs duties and other costs that are not shown at product checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive after purchase?
Your order will arrive at its destination within an estimated 2 working days. Exception for the Archipelagos, where your order will arrive in approximately 7 working days.
Please note that orders with payment made after 12:00 PM (Portugal time) will only be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed during festive periods, such as Christmas and Black Friday, may take longer to be delivered due to high demand and a large number of orders.
Where do you ship orders from?
All orders are shipped from our physical store in Vila Praia de Âncora, Caminha.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States of America.
I made a purchase on the website. Can I collect it at a brand store?
Yes! You can collect your order at any of our stores upon prior notice.
How can I check the status and/or location of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the carrier's tracking link, so you know exactly where your order is.
The delivery deadline has passed and my order still hasn't arrived. What should I do?
We apologize if the estimated delivery time for your goods has passed and you have not yet received your order.
Please note that during Black Friday, Christmas, and other busy periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.
In any case, you can contact us to find out the status of your order.
Is it possible to change the delivery address after the purchase has been made?
If you wish to change the delivery address for your order, you should access the tracking link sent to you and select one of the alternative delivery options provided by the carrier.
Return
I'm not happy with my purchase, how can I return it?
We hope that you are always satisfied with your order. However, if you are not satisfied, we always safeguard the interests of our customers, which is why we allow a 30-day return policy, no questions asked.
Please note that all returns are subject to evaluation by our quality control team. We will accept the return of the order within the defined period, provided that it is in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, in order to receive your refund.
I was not satisfied with the item I purchased. Can I exchange it for another item?
- Mainland Portugal: Yes, you can exchange the size and/or colour of the item you purchased or exchange it for another item.
- Other Countries: Currently, it is not possible to exchange your purchase. You can return it and place a new order.
Do I have to pay for return shipping for an item?
Shipping costs must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Vértice Fashion Store.
When and how will I receive my refund?
After your return has been validated, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
How can I return an order?
After requesting a return in your customer area you must:
- Place the products you want to return in their original boxes;
- Remove the shipping label from the outside of the box;
- Shipping costs must be paid by the sender and will not be reimbursed by Vértice Fashion Store.

Can I cancel or change my order after payment?
We hope you don't have to cancel your order, however, you can do so by contacting us directly, provided the order has not been dispatched.
If it is confirmed that your order has already left our facilities, it will not be possible to cancel it immediately. In that case, please contact our team to find the most convenient solution for you.
My account
I haven't received a payment confirmation email. What should I do?
If you have not received a payment confirmation email in your regular inbox, it is possible that this email went to your spam folder.
If you still haven't found the email, you should confirm with your bank if the amount for your order has been debited from your account.
If the amount has not been debited from your account, you will need to ask your bank to make the transfer.
If the amount has already been debited from your account and you have not received the confirmation email, please contact us and send us proof of payment.
The Vértice team will do their best to understand what went wrong, what the status of your order is, and correct the error.
I'm having trouble making the payment. What can I do?
First of all, you should check with your bank to ensure that everything is in compliance and operational with your card or account. The Vértice website is secure, but you should still inform your bank that you are trying to make an online purchase, as the bank may be blocking the process to ensure your security.
If you have already confirmed with your bank that everything is in compliance, please contact us so that the Vértice team can find a solution to your problem.
Where can I find my invoice?
When you make your purchase, you need to request an invoice on the website and provide your tax identification number.
How can I subscribe to the newsletter?
We really want you to be a part of Mundo Vértice, and by subscribing to our newsletter, you'll be on the right track for that to happen.
You can do this directly on the website by clicking the "Subscribe Newsletter" button at the bottom of each page. You will only need to submit your email and click subscribe. You may enter some of your data, such as name and date of birth, but these are optional.
By entering your data, you will be giving Vértice the opportunity to get to know you better and offer news and special promotions just for you.
How can I create an account on the website?
To create an account, you should click the Login button in the top menu and fill in your email in the "Create Customer Account" field. Then, fill in all fields with the requested information and click "Finish" to become part of the Vértice World.
Is it possible to view my order history?
In your customer account, you can consult all your orders in the “Order History” area.
I've forgotten my password, how can I recover it?
If you have forgotten your password, select Log In from the top menu and click on "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and you will automatically receive a link in your inbox where you can set a new password.
Can I delete my account on the website? How do I do it?
In the personal area of your account, you can select the “Account Deletion” option. You must then enter your password and, within a maximum period of 48 hours, your account will be deleted.
After I delete my account, do you keep my data?
After deleting your account, your data will be erased from our records. Vértice will only keep data related to invoices prior to the closure of your customer account, for accounting records.
